When Winter was born, it took everyone by surprise. After a brief stay in the hospital, it was determined that she couldn’t go home with her mom or dad. Fortunately, this sweet girl found a loving foster family to care for her during this challenging time. No matter how her story unfolds, she is clearly surrounded by people who cherish her and want the best for her future. She is loved by many and gets to see her mom and dad a couple of times a week!
