Franklin had his first VR experience during a respite trip with other foster children, and he was immediately hooked! He loved how it made him feel fully immersed in the surroundings and gameplay. He enjoyed the action of it all and appreciated being on his feet while still playing a game. Franklin really wishes he could have his own VR headset so he can explore games in his own time. It was such a memorable experience that he hadn't stopped talking about it. Having his own headset would bring him a lot of joy. As a shy child, Franklin finds great comfort in games that transport him to another world, much like many children who have experienced trauma.
