VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyLance is a quiet and smart little boy who is currently living in a foster home without his two siblings. He is working through his trauma and has come a long way. Lance will now allow his foster mother to to hug him. Lance is a little behind in school but with all the extra support he receives he will be grade level next semester. He loves to watch transformers on is kindle while he eats a snack.
Lance's 3rd grade class is gearing up for a Valentine's Day celebration with a party after school, and he couldn't be more excited. Typically a shy boy who prefers to stay in the background, Lance is looking forward to this special event. He has even picked out the candy he wants to bring to share with his many classmates—his favorite, Nerds candy. Given that Lance's family is caring for several foster children, they would greatly appreciate any financial assistance to help make this celebration a success.
