Makyah was recently placed in foster care, and she has been looking for ways to feel more confident as she navigates this new chapter of her life. One thing that would truly brighten her spirits is a new book bag. The one she currently has is worn and no longer fits her needs. A stylish and fun book bag would not only hold all of her school items but also help her feel excited and confident as she heads to school each day. She loves the designs on the new bags she has seen, and having one that she adores would make a meaningful difference for her.
Makyah is 17 years old and lives in OH
Makyah is a sweet young lady who has faced significant trauma in her life, including the loss of her mother to an overdose. This experience has left her with emotional difficulties and challenges at a young age. However, Makyah has found solace in music, which helps her cope with her struggles. Despite everything she has endured, she is working hard to make the most of her situation. Makyah is adjusting to her foster home and actively building relationships with her foster family, showing resilience and strength in her journey toward healing.
