Jay has been in foster care for several years and moved in with his grandparents last year. He has struggled with anxiety and depression in the past and is seeking coping skills to better manage his emotions. Recently, he expressed an interest in learning how to crochet and is asking for a Woobles Kit for beginners.
Jay is 13 years old and lives in NJ
Jelani, or Jay, is currently living in a foster home and is not able to live with his biological siblings. Jelani has been working very hard with his service providers to be able to manage his emotions. Jelani regularly contacts his biological family and thinks about them. Jelani loves to read and aspires to become a journalist when he grows up. Jelani has many friends in school, is a member of the choir, and takes on leadership roles whenever possible.
