It reminded him so much of his siblings, who used to wear similar hoodies before they got separated. Just thinking about them filled him with a wave of nostalgia, making him long for those carefree days they spent together. He could almost feel the warmth of those moments as he imagined slipping on the hoodie, hoping it would provide some comfort and a sense of connection to the family bonds he missed so much. He wishes for a new hoodie which would feel like a small step toward finding a bit of peace in this new chapter of his life.
Isaiah is 13 years old and lives in NY
Isaiah has been placed into foster care, which makes him miss his siblings, who are now in different homes. He stays in touch with them for comfort. In his quiet moments, he escapes into anime, reads books, and draws his favorite characters to express his feelings. Despite the challenges, Isaiah believes the bond with his family will remain strong, giving him hope for the future..
