Any chance he gets, he shares his passion for basketball and volleyball, which he plays in the school's gym with the new athlete friends he's made. To fully enjoy sports during and after school, Byron needs a new pair of shoes. A pair of basketball shoes would enhance his performance and boost his confidence and motivation to excel as an athlete.

Despite having to travel to the United States alone and entering foster care, he remains one of the kindest and most optimistic young men. Byron dreams of being a successful man and being able to help his family. He likes soccer, arts and crafts, and attending school. He is an outstanding young man with a bright future ahead of him!
