Kegan is a very spunky, high-energy kid who loves to stay busy. His father voluntarily terminated his parental rights when Kegan first entered foster care. Since then, Kegan has bounced between different homes but has settled into his current home for the past year. He has become a valuable asset to the family he lives with now. Kegan's biological mother also voluntarily signed away her parental rights in 2025. He has one brother whom he sees during visits once a week, but they do not live in the same household. Kegan is a smart, energetic boy who enjoys being outdoors and loves taking walks with his foster mom.
