Arianna will soon be discharged from the hospital and will be entering an out-of-home placement. The caregiver will need some additional baby essentials due to Arianna being substance-exposed, including extra swaddling blankets, a baby carrier, and more items. A gift card to Target would allow the caregiver to purchase the recommended items to help make Arianna’s transition smoother.
Arianna is 1 month old and lives in NJ
Arianna is the youngest of four children. She and her siblings are either in foster care or have been adopted. Born prematurely and exposed to substances, she is currently recovering in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and will remain there for a little while longer before transitioning to a relative's home. Her older siblings are excited to meet her.
