Growing up in foster care made it difficult for her to keep up with classes, as she was frequently moving and changing schools. However, she found a program that helped her obtain her diploma, and she has successfully completed it! Stephanie would love to celebrate with a graduation party. She envisions navy blue decorations and a photo backdrop with balloons for her special day.
