Charlie lives with his grandparents because his mom and dad are unable to care for him and his sisters due to their struggles with substance abuse. Although resources are limited for them, Charlie is happy to be in a stable and loving home. Pokémon is very popular at Charlie's school, and he enjoys showing and trading cards with his friends. He will be thrilled to have these booster packs to open and expand his collection. Charlie has been working very hard in school, and this will be a wonderful reward for his efforts during challenging times.

Charlie is a really energetic boy who loves to play jokes. He loves his older sisters and is learning a lot now that he is able to go to school. Charlie has a lot of allergies, which can be challenging, but he is a really good sport about it.
