A Bike for Jacob to get around

Jacob is currently living in a treatment home and is looking for a job. Having a bicycle would really help him in his search. It would make it easier for him to get around the community and look for employment. Plus, once he lands a job, a bike would be great for commuting to work.
Jacob is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Jacob has been in foster care for most of his life. He is a friendly and personable young man with a wonderful and charming sense of humor. He loves watching and playing sports, particularly basketball. Jacob has overcome a great deal of adversity in his life and successfully earned his high school diploma in June 2024. He is now concerting his efforts on securing and maintaining steady employment. Jacob is optimistic about his future and is excited about his ongoing transition to adulthood. Jacob has two sisters around his age and is strongly bonded with them both.
