As Ky has grown older, he has become skilled at breaking through the baby gate. Keeping him safe has become a challenge, as he is a mischievous and fast boy! His sister, who has been raising him for the past two years despite her young age, would love to get him a tall and sturdy baby gate to help address this issue. However, as a nursing student and caregiver for her two brothers, she is facing financial challenges and needs assistance in affording a gate that will keep Ky safe.
Ky is 3 years old and lives in PA
Ky was born addicted to methamphetamine, and due to parental substance abuse and domestic violence, he and his brother were removed from their home. Their sister stepped up to care for them, deciding to drop out of college to ensure they have a safe, nurturing, and loving environment. Ky is a bright, happy, and intelligent boy.
