During a visit from Amara's caseworker, she saw her face light up with joy, smiling and clapping when Ms. Rachel appeared on the TV. Although Amara cannot speak yet, her excitement for the show was evident. A Ms. Rachel speak-and-sing doll would bring her even more joy, allowing her to play along while watching the program.
