Jeremiah is a determined young man who is working hard to successfully transition into adulthood. After experiencing over 20 placement moves in foster care, he fell behind in high school. With his 18th birthday approaching, Jeremiah has decided that completing a GED program is in his best interest. He is seeking a laptop to facilitate his online classes and help him search for employment opportunities, which are essential for remaining in the foster care system. Once he completes his GED, Jeremiah will move into a placement designed for young adults, where he can practice essential independent living skills and work towards achieving self-sufficiency in a supportive environment.
