Irene has an appreciation for delicious food and beverages and has always dreamed of having a fully stocked kitchen filled with her favorite items. Given her incredibly busy life, coffee is an essential part of her morning ritual. However, she has not yet been able to treat herself to a coffee grinder or any equipment that would allow her to make a great cup of coffee at home. Irene is eager to save money and avoid the expense of buying coffee while she's out, making a coffee grinder the perfect gift for her.

Having grown up in foster care, Irene chose to use her experience and talents to give back to foster youth. Irene is currently advocating for bills to be passed to change the California foster system. With her advocacy, Bill AB1512 was passed which allows survivor benefits to pass to foster youth instead of being taken unethically by counties. In addition, Irene creates wellness and gratitude journals that help foster youth with their personal development. She is working on creating a digital wellness course that helps foster youth learn how to journal.
