Mindfulness coloring books for Kayley to work through her anxiety

Kayley's therapist recommended that she try mindfulness adult coloring books, and Kayley agrees that it's a great idea! She hopes these coloring books will help reduce her stress and anxiety. Plus, Kayley has been working on improving her focus and concentration in her daily life, and she believes that coloring will help her with that as well.
Kayley is 15 years old and lives in NJ
Kayley has been in a treatment home for most of her teenage life. She is currently having therapeutic visitation with her mom. She really misses living with her mom, but she understands that she can't live there right now. Kayley has had a rough time growing up, but she tries really hard to stay positive. Kayley engages in individual therapy and that seems to help her with a positive mindset!
