A stroller car seat combo for Amanda so she can get around with her baby

Amanda is a pregnant dependent of the Court and is about to become a mother for the first time. She does not have a stroller or car seat for her baby and is concerned that she won't have everything needed to care for her child. Amanda would greatly appreciate help in obtaining a travel system, which includes a car seat that can also be used with a stroller. This would allow her to avoid needing two separate items when traveling with her infant. Unfortunately, she cannot afford this item on her own and could really use some assistance.
Amanda is 18 years old and lives in CA
Amanda has spent her entire life in the foster care system. She was removed from her birth parents at birth due to drug addiction. Throughout her young life, she has been in over 30 different placements. Recently, she turned 18 and was accepted into a transitional housing program, while still remaining a dependent of the court. Now that she is going to be a new mom, Amanda is determined to ensure that her baby does not experience the same difficulties she went through.
