A tiara for Raven to wear to prom to feel like a true Cinderella

Raven has prom in a few weeks and is working on getting all the items she needs to complete her look. The theme this year is princesses, and she will be dressing up as Cinderella from the live-action movie. In the story, Cinderella wears a beautiful silver tiara, which would be the perfect finishing touch for her outfit.
Raven is 18 years old and lives in FL
Raven has been in the foster care system for a while. After being removed from the only home she's ever known and moved around seven times, to no fault of her own, she has remained hopeful of the life she plans to have. She hopes to become an Anthropologist. She is very involved in ROTC at her school.
