Sean is very self-aware of the struggles that he has faced in his life and also actively tries to find ways to keep himself in a positive space. His focus is to take care of himself physically as he knows that this also enhances his mental health. Sean made a commitment to eating healthier and going to the gym daily if possible and has found this to be such a stress reliever and way to keep his thoughts on his accomplishments and future goals. Sean would love a new pair of sneakers to wear when he works out.
Sean is 26 years old and lives in NJ
Sean went through the foster care system when he was younger and, after being adopted, spent some time in group homes. He recognizes all that he has overcome and works hard to prioritize his mental health. Recently, Sean joined a gym and is trying to incorporate a daily workout regimen to help him stay healthy and maintain a positive self-image. He is proud that he has been consistently going to the gym for several weeks and is already finding that the routine of exercising is beneficial for him. Currently, Sean is in college, managing his workload while committed to earning his degree. He aspires to one day become a child psychologist, inspired by the supportive individuals who have been in his life.
