Aria wants to take an Olympic-style sparring course that will challenge her both physically and mentally. This class is not just about learning new moves; it’s also about proving to herself that she can go further than she ever thought possible. The sparring class meets every other Saturday for ten months and focuses on strength, endurance, and strategy. Aria loves the idea of pushing her limits and refining her skills with the help of her instructor. More importantly, this course will set her up for future opportunities in Tae Kwon Do, whether it’s competing, coaching, or even starting her own school one day. Having overcome many challenges in her life, Aria is determined to rise to this new challenge, knowing that every kick and every moment of hard work brings her closer to her dreams.
