His cousin has stepped up to welcome him into their home, dedicating themselves to providing Kayden with the love and support he needs. As a child with special needs, Kayden requires ongoing medical attention to help him achieve every milestone along the way, and his cousin who takes good care of him is committed to ensuring he receives the best care possible.
