Carter is finally on the path to adoption, and he has a special idea to celebrate this significant milestone. He would love to have the book "Oh, the Places You'll Go" as a keepsake. Carter hopes to collect signatures from everyone who has supported him throughout his journey to adoption. He thinks this will be a wonderful way to remember all the people who have played a part in his life during this important time.
Carter is 6 years old and lives in WA
Carter and his brother have been in foster care, but they have finally found their forever home. Carter enjoys building with Legos, and his current favorite sets are from Ninjago because he is really into ninjas at the moment. He also likes superheroes. Carter loves playing with his brother and enjoys being outside when the weather is nice. Additionally, he has a fondness for animals.
