Naima is a graduate of an entrepreneurship academy, where she developed and officially launched her business, Precious Candle LLC. Naima is gearing up to host her first candle-making workshop as part of her business plan, and she needs support to help cover materials. An Amazon gift card will help Naima purchase wicks, trays, candle dot stickers, essential oil scents, tablecloth covers, and stirring sticks for the workshop. This support will ensure that Naima can keep the ticket price of the workshop reasonable while still allowing her to turn a profit. Naima is 20 years old and lives in CA
Naima navigated a complex childhood in foster care and, after she aged out, went straight to college, where she now holds an Associate Degree in marketing. Naima just recently launched her own candle business and is passionate about helping other women who have experienced foster care and adversity find their peace. Naima is fluent in Haitian Creole, English, and French and loves to spend her free time learning new things, cooking, and making candles!
