Owning a PS4 would provide him with constant access to games and offer him something enjoyable to do in his downtime. Currently, Earl is in foster care and has to share many items in his home. Having his own gaming system would allow him to unwind whenever he needs to, without the stress of coordinating with others on shared belongings.
