Hazel has been in foster care since 2019 and has experienced several different placements. She met her adoptive family and has developed a strong bond with them. While Hazel is excited about her upcoming adoption, she also feels sad about not being able to live with her biological family. To help cope with this loss, Hazel is requesting a photo album to keep pictures of both her biological family and her adoptive family.

Hazel has spent multiple years in foster care. She is a sociable and vocal young girl who enjoys playing soccer and with dolls. Hazel has made significant progress in speaking up for herself and her desires in life.
