Molly recently received a laptop, but it was damaged by someone at her placement. She struggles with anxiety, and having a working laptop would provide her access to resources such as online therapy and calming activities. It would also enable her to apply for jobs and participate in virtual interviews in a space where she feels comfortable and safe. Additionally, a laptop is essential for Molly as she is starting a GED program, which is self-paced. This would allow her to keep up with assignments, work ahead, and successfully complete the high school equivalency test.
Molly is 18 years old and lives in MO
Molly is a very outgoing and pleasant young person. She enjoys playing the drums, and her favorite color is purple. Molly loves animals and grew up on a farm where she helped care for them in her Mennonite community. However, she no longer wants to be a part of that community, as she found the lifestyle to be controlling, and is now in foster care. Molly hopes to become a junior animal groomer and eventually work her way up to becoming a veterinarian. She is currently working on completing her GED. In her spare time, Molly enjoys working out and playing the drums and piano.
