Harper was born prematurely and was placed in the NICU after her birth. She faced a difficult start to life, having been exposed to several drugs while in utero. As a result, her body struggled with withdrawal and required a feeding tube at birth. However, Harper has been thriving since being placed in a loving and caring foster home. She is a happy girl who loves to snuggle. She has formed a strong bond with her foster family, who have provided her with all the love and care she needs.
