Quintin is new to the area and is currently job searching. His job search has been limited due to the challenge of the area he resides in, which is not on a bus route and has limited job availability. Despite this inconvenience, he is dedicated to finding a job and walks the area in search of one that he can commute to relatively easily. He would like an electric bike so that he has a more convenient form of transportation that would allow him to expand his search options and would allow for an easier commute when a job is secured. It would also reduce money spent on additional transportation services.
