Angel's phone is broken, and he currently has no way to contact his foster mom to ask if he can walk home from school with his friends. He participates in sports year-round, which means he often stays after school or goes to practice. Angel would like to get a new phone so he can communicate with others when plans change and need to arrange for someone to pick him up.

Even though Angel has been in foster care for longer than expected, he has remained a very kind and caring person who is constantly praised for his positive character and kindness towards others.
