Shopping trip for Alison to celebrate her birthday

Alison is thrilled to celebrate her 17th birthday in style. After recently losing weight, she is eager to refresh her wardrobe. Her two best friends have agreed to take her shopping at her favorite store for her birthday, and she can't wait to spend the day with them at Target. They've also planned a surprise lunch for Alison afterward. Alison will have the best birthday ever! This wish was broken into two parts, to allow for an epic birthday shopping spree! Alison is 16 years old and lives in NJ
Alison enjoys her resource family, but she still hopes for the day when she can return home to her mom and dad. In the meantime, she is trying to make the best of her situation. She is happy to have a girl her age placed with her, and they have become close friends. They spend a lot of time doing their makeup and hair, shopping for the latest trends, and hanging out with their friends at school.
