With prom just around the corner, Stephanie is excited about the possibility of attending this special event with her peers. Having not had many opportunities to enjoy childhood experiences, she sees this dance as a chance to create lasting memories and finally participate in a cherished rite of passage. She would love the chance to shop for a dress and accessories to look and feel beautiful for the evening. This wish was broken into three parts to allow for an epic shopping spree! Stephanie is new to foster care. She spent most of her childhood with her grandmother, who raised her until she passed away. Her childhood was difficult, and she never really had the chance to experience being a child.
