Richard has requested a new bike, and when it arrives, he will need to store it outside on a bike rack. To ensure its safety, he has also asked for a bike lock so he can be confident that it will still be there for him in the morning. Richard is aware that some of his friends have had their bikes stolen, and he doesn't want to take any chances.
Richard is 15 years old and lives in NC
Richard is currently facing a difficult time at school following a recent change in his foster placement. He is performing at or below average in most subjects. Richard has a passion for designing clothes and aspires to become a fashion designer, but he hasn’t felt very motivated lately. He is an extremely talented artist and enjoys drawing. Additionally, he loves spending time outdoors, especially during the summer. In his former neighborhood, he used to ride bikes with friends and try out new tricks. However, Richard now spends most of his time indoors, watching YouTube videos or movies. He also enjoys listening to rap music.
