Alfie’s skin has not been exposed to the sun much, and because of that, he seems to break out in a rash when outside for any amount of time. His foster parents are working hard to expose him in small bits, but a wide-brim hat like this will protect his sweet face from the sun while also letting him explore. They are challenged financially and can use the help.
