Shawn is a rough and tumbley boy that wishes for a new pair of sneakers to wear to school. His left leg turns inward and because of this he need shoes more often than most kids because they wear out quickly. He hopes to wear these new shoes to school.

Shawn is 18 years old and lives in NC

Shawn is a wonderful young man who struggles with the lasting effects of abuse and neglect. He has many special needs and requires a high level of care and attention. He likes being part of the family and likes working on fixing things. Shawn likes to eat Chick-fil-A and listen to music. Shawn loves helping people and wants to be a teacher someday.
