A New Dress for Nicole who is excited to attend a senior baquet

Nicole is a senior in high school and the year is coming to an end with many fun activities for the senior class to participate in. One of these events is a Senior Dance Banquet in which Nicole is in need of a nice cocktail dress. She doesn't own any "dressier" clothing items and for one night she'd love to look like "the rest of the girls" in a beautiful dress.
Nicole is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Nicole is a smart, loving, 17 year old female, who has tremendously improved in school since entering foster care 3 years ago.
