Caroline just came into foster care and wishes for a pair of Rainbow Sneakers to wear. She arrived with very few personal items which are now run down and threadbare. A new pair of sneakers would boost her spirits and help her feel very special in her new environment.
Caroline is 12 years old and lives in NC
Caroline is a happy go luck young lady with a bright outgoing spirit. She loves unicorns, rainbows, and emojis. Her favorite food is ice cream and french fries.
