Fall is here and Mandy has grown out of her Jacket! She wishes for a new Cozy Jacket to wear to school. This will help keep her warm and looking stylish.
Mandy is 10 years old and lives in NC
Mandy is a sweet, bubbly girl who loves having her sisters with her in foster care. She really looks up to her older sisters and is always following behind them. Mandy enjoys baby dolls and cartoons and loves to use her imagination. The family cat is her absolute favorite, and she might just try and play dress-up with them!
