Kyra loves listening to music and wishes for an iPod for her Birthday. This would help her relax before bedtime and chill out when she needs to. Listening to music is a coping skill that helps her remain calm and gives her time to think before she reacts.
Kyra is 21 years old and lives in NC
Kyra is a young lady that has come a long way since coming into care. She was placed with her sister. She has made great gains with her behaviors and her family is very proud. She has difficulty socializing and fitting in at times and continues to work on being more comfortable around others. She loves ice cream, cats, and the color pink. She has aged out of foster care but chooses to remain with her foster family.
