Carter is such a sweet boy. He has really grown up and is already 7 years old. Carter is so full of energy and is a very appreciative little boy. No matter what is given to him, he always says thank you with sincerity. Carter wanted to celebrate his birthday with his birth mom and she promised that he would have a birthday party. As he spent the weekend with her, it was only with great disappointment that he did not get the party that was promised to him. Instead he only had a cupcake which he was thankful for but when he returned home you could see that he really wanted a party. We would still like to see Carter's wish come true by celebrating his birthday at Epic Waters. This party will let him know that he is still loved and worthy of something as simple as a birthday party.
