Shawn has absolutely bloomed and turned into a fish since he joined the Special Olympics Swim Team! He wishes for a set of Swim Googles to wear during practice and in competition! This will help him protect his eyes and swim faster! He is super excited about his up coming competitions.

Shawn is a wonderful young man who, despite struggling with the lasting effects of abuse and neglect, has a bright and caring spirit. With many special needs, he requires a high level of care and attention, but he thrives when he is part of a loving family. Shawn enjoys working on fixing things and finding satisfaction in hands-on activities. He has a fondness for Chick-fil-A and loves listening to music in his downtime. Driven by his passion for helping others, Shawn aspires to become a teacher someday, eager to make a positive impact in the lives of those around him.
