Portable oven for a newly independent Jamaya

Jamaya has moved into an efficiency/studio apartment, which contains a stove but no oven. Jamaya is recognizing that she will have to cook for herself instead of eating out because of her limited resources. This would be a really wonderful wish come true.
Jamaya is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Jamaya was asked to leave her foster home, a place she had been living for three years, the day after her high school graduation. Jamaya has been in foster care since she was two, but was with her maternal grandmother until she was 14. She has no relationship with any of her family. She graduated from high school and has enrolled in college. Jamaya is working at a clothing store in the mall, and she looks forward to her bright future.
