Shatavia is doing much better in school this year. She is able to focus more and is even participating in the classroom discussion. She likes to play learning games on her foster mom's tablet. But doesn't want to give the tablet back when her mom needs to use it. Having a tablet of her own will allow her play whenever she wants.

Shatavia is a sweet, kind, funny and compassionate girl. She works very hard at school and given the right learning environment she has done very well without behavioral issues. She is easy to get along with for the most part; however she is a typical teenager and can talk back at times. She is motivated and enjoys a setting where her hard work is rewarded. She loves pets, music, arts and crafts. She enjoys spending time with her peers and gets along well with them.
