Ashley wishes for a set of 100 charms to decorate her new Crocs with! This will help her customize her new shoes and look girly! She will feel more comfortable putting her own twist and style on her shoes.
Summer is 18 years old and lives in NC
Summer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
