Robbie and his family have fallen on hard times and while both parents work, the family is struggling to get back on their feet. They are able to pay the bills but have not had extra money for food for the past few weeks. The family has been eating one meal a day, usually sandwiches, and is desperately in need of some extra help at this time. They are hopeful for things to turn around soon as the father just took on a second job but they need food immediately. Due to the parent's work schedules they miss the times for the food pantries.The caseworker was able to go for them one time only. A Target gift card would help this family get thru this month and allow the mother to cook real meals for the family.
Robbie is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Robbie is the oldest of three boys and is mature for his age. He helps his parents around the house with chores and is great with his younger brothers. The family does not have a lot and Robbie doesn't complain or ask for anything. Robbie loves playing outside as they do not have any toys to play with. He is kind, caring and very responsible.
