A Laptop for Mike to do his college work from home

Mike wishes for a laptop to help him get through the college semester. He started college this year and is loving it. Unfortunately, Mike's laptop crashed and is not worth repairing. He is depending on public sources currently for computer access. This is difficult due to the current Corona Virus Emergency. He worries that he may not have access to a computer in days ahead. A laptop will help Mike complete the semester successfully and help him feel certain he can sign up for summer classes as well.
Mike is 22 years old and lives in NC
Mike likes sports cars and video games. He likes to play basketball with his friends whenever he gets a chance.
