Carla wishes for a few summer skirts to look nice in for her birthday. This will help her look great and feel great about herself. She hopes to have a fresh stylish look this summer that’s cute and cool.
Carla is 18 years old and lives in NC
Carla loves dancing, dressing up, and singing in her room. Her favorite colors are green and purple. Carla is an excellent student and loves helping with younger children. She is still adjusting to foster care; but is feeling relieved to be safe.
