Foster Parent Association of WilkesMattie is a sweetheart who has come so far since coming into care. Weekly therapy, a lot of nurture, care, and consistency has made a big difference in her life. An adoption plan is in place for her and she is really looking forward to her new name. She loves stuffed animals, hugs, and being around others. Her favorite colors are pink and purple.
Mattie wishes to pick out some children’s books for her birthday. She enjoys looking at books and being read to every day. Often she looks at the pictures over and over and tries hard to tell the story herself. She also enjoys having books with her in the car seat because it calms her.
