Aaron’s grandmother has been approved to get placement of him. Aaron left his residential treatment center and was placed with his grandmother in June, in her apartment. He is the only child in her home. She is starting the process to get approved to adopt him. Grandma is a single-mother and a low-income family. She is a nurse and cared for COVID-19 patients at the nursing home where she is employed. She needs help obtaining furniture for Aaron’s bedroom. She wants to make sure he has a nice space in his new home and also doesn’t want to struggle financially to make this happen.
