A Laptop for Carla for a year of remote learning.

Carla wishes for a laptop to start the new school year of remote learning. She has severe asthma and will not be able to return to the classroom even if in person learning is eventually allowed. This will allow her to install software she needs to complete school work, join Zoom meetings, and type out assignments. She has been down hearted since finding out she can’t go back this year, but a laptop will help her get a strong start to the school year.
Carla is 18 years old and lives in NC
Carla loves dancing, dressing up, and singing in her room. Her favorite colors are green and purple. Carla is an excellent student and loves helping with younger children. She is still adjusting to foster care; but is feeling relieved to be safe.
